Control valve positioner working principle
The working principle of a control valve positioner involves the use of an input signal, typically from a controller or an automated system, to precisely position the valve actuator. The positioner compares the actual position of the valve to the desired position based on the input signal and makes adjustments to the actuator to achieve the desired valve position. The positioner continually monitors the valve position and makes rapid and precise corrections to ensure that the valve is accurately positioned according to the control signal.
The IL-TOP-1441/1442 is an intrinsic safety flameproof design valve positioner. It receives instructions from PLC/DCS or other automatic control systems, such as 0/4-20mA, 0-5V/10V to work, at the same time feedback the current valve position signal to PLC/DCS and other automatic control systems. It can also communicate through IO-Link or MOD BUS RS485 version bus.
The pneumatic valve positioner mainly connected to the horizontal pneumatic actuator of sanitary valves.
