What is a valve control head c top？

Control Head Valve C-Top is used to remotely control and automate the operation of valves in process industries. The valve inside contain solenoid valve and position sensor to feedback the current valve position. The C-Top actuator is designed to fit on top of the avtuator of pneumatic valve and is widely used in industries such as food ,beverage,pharmaceutical ,dairy and so on.

How to choose valve c-top？

The valve c-top-2211 mainly used to smaller size sanitary vertical pneumatic valves,the valve size 1/2" 3/4" DN10 DN15,like pneumatic diaphragm valve 1/2" etc.

C-TOP-2211 is a intrinsically safe explosion-proof design of the valve control unit, it receives from PLC/DCS or other automatic control system instructions to work, at the same time feedback the current valve position signal to PLC/DCS and other automatic control system, but also through the IO-Link, AS-I V3.0 version of the bus communication. Each location will display its current status through a different location color LED light.
